Dare to be mighty.

A true hero isn't measured by the size of his strength, but by the strength of his heart.

MYLES GENELIN

The Boy With the Cape

Mighty Myles earned every bit of his superhero nickname, and he is the purpose behind our mission.  Myles was the picture of bravery, strength and positivity throughout his 3 short years on earth.

Myles was born with a long list of medical issues associated with his diagnosis of Cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, commonly known as CFC syndrome.  All of his organs were affected, including his heart, lungs, brain, GI system and many others.  Myles spent a large part of his life inpatient at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Myles was placed in hospice care on February 14, 2020.  His grusome battle with CFC Syndrome, chronic pain and inabilty to eat caused his quality of life to decline and his family was forced to make the difficult decision to begin end-of-life comfort care.

Myles passed away on May 6, 2020 in the arms of his mother.  His parents and family are committed to helping others who have embarked on a similar journey, as a way to honor his memory.
